Sports Psychology

Healing Spirit are proud to be able to offer Sports Psychology and to our knowledge we are the first and only provision to provide this cutting edge service in this area. With the success of the Olympics, and London Olympics in 2012, sports have taken on a new dimension. People are not only aware of Sports Massage Therapists, but also Sports Psychologists, who are far more specialised and rarer to find. Healing Spirit will have a Sports Psychologist, who is not only a psychologist, but is also a Sports Massage Therapist, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, a Hypnotherapist, a counsellor and a Neuro Linguitstic Programmer. Holy Communion with Anam Cara

Due to a large number of requests Healing Spirit will be offering Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month. This will take place in The Sanctuary at 11.00 am, the service will be from 11.00 - 12.30 pm. The service will be held in English but will follow the Celtic (Scottish) Kirk mainstream format. Communicants need not be confirmed in the Kirk as all are welcome - blessings will be given to children under the age of 16 as opposed to communion. Communion in the Celtic Church is to follow the teachings of Christ, who is the suppreme head of our Church, and to join in worship with Him, the Angels, Saints and Martyrs, as well as those who have passed over, and of course our brethern here on the earth all who makw up our Anam Cara (Soul Friend or Soul Mate).

(Note the times of the service are deliberately different from those of our sister church The Monmouth Spiritualist Church, this is to ensure that there is no cross-over or duplication of provision)

New Monmouth Page

Healing Spirit are pleased to work with other spiritual groups. As such we have dedicated a page to The Monmouth Society of Spiritual Awareness. This is an umbrella name for The Monmouth Spiritual Awareness Group; The Monmouth Christian Spiritualist Church and now incorporates the Monmouth Healers.

Future Workshops

Healing Spirit are constantly running a wide range of workshops, however, these are not always advertised to the general public - so keep looking to see what's available. There are limited places on these workshops due to the nature of content & practice, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Reiki 1st Degree Attunements

Reiki 1st Degree Attunements 13th & 14th September. Book early to avoid dissappointment. It should be highlighted that Reiki as taught by The Healing Spirit is conducted in the traditional Japanese manner. There is an excellent standard of teaching and learning. All students earn their Certification and leave the Sanctuary highly knowledgeable and proficient in their practice.
